I need some opinions/advice. I apologize this is going to be sort of long and if I leave out any information or you have any questions please ask and I'll answer them if I can. OK so...

We just re-signed our apartment lease for 7 months, so the last day of our lease will be May 30th 2018. We want to move after this but problem is we are both torn on where. Here's our 2 choices. Indiana or Texas.

We moved to alabama from Texas in 2015. 1 because my husband was retiring from the Army and this was his home town and 2 because he wanted to be closer to his parents if anything should happen (God forbid). WORST MISTAKE OF OUR LIVES. It has been horrible living here (for many personal reasons) so if we move back to Texas here's the pros and cons we came up with. Pros: near my twin sister who also offered us alway place to stay during during the hurricane if we needed to evacuate, near my stepson, cheaper cost of living (for where we want to live and the amount of rooms we'll need), easier for us to go on post and such, if I joined the army (which I want to if I can get my body in shape after this pregnancy) it will be easier for my husband to handle things while I'm at basic. Cons: We will be near the drama that almost ruined our relationship in the past, His ex wife will be able to hold my stepson over my husband's head and use him as a prop to get what she wants, he was miserable when we lived there (although we think that was more job related than anything).

Here's the pros and cons of moving to indiana.

Pros: closer to my side of the family (father, stepmother, grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles etc.), we went up there for a small vacation (only 5 days) but during that time we didn't fight 1 time, we all slept through the night without waking up from nightmares, it was very peaceful., I still have close friends there, we would be away from a lot of the drama from the past.

Cons: higher cost of living there (for where we want to live and the amount of rooms we'll need), we would be away from my stepson, we'll be away from my twin sister, when we went through the hurricane no one up there said we could stay with them even for few days if we had to evacuate, if i join the army my husband isnt going to have have a have a clue where to get things done at while I'm in basic. I don't even know.

So if you had to choose, what would you decide and why? Again if any questions I'll answer them if I'm able to. Sorry it's sooo long.
