Has anyone tried Similac's prenatals? I just picked them up. I kinda liked the box they came in not gonna lie! They had all the vitamins I need and DHA along with vitamin E and another vitamin for eye growth.

Vitamins?

What vitamins are you all on? My family doctor said all I need to be on is prenatals but some of my girlfriends have been talking about different vitamin like omega-3, vitamin D, vitamin C, etc. I can't see my OB/GYN until 14 weeks and am concerned that my baby will be missing out on important information.

the prenatal vitamins intake are huge and I have to swallow them whole...I always gag and hate them. can I change my vitamins or do I have to talk to my ob first??
