JC Penny Portraits disappoints once again!! Newborn pics look bad not like they advertise and my baby was behaving soo good :( girl took forever baby got cold and none of the angles were good. Plus none of pics with big brother turned out because she was too slow to catch it because he’s only 17 mo and has no patience for that😔 soo disappointed
