Any advice how to keep my 10 month old to sleep all night. When he was younger he use to sleep all night now he rolls and tosses and turns in his sleep alot a wakes up every night either 4 or 5 am. I put him to bed 8:30pm so ahout 4 or 5 he gets 8 hours of sleep idk if that has something to do with it. But when he was younger he slept all night from 8:30 pm to 7am anyway i can have him back on that schedule?
