Has anyone ever used a diffuser to help with their baby’s sleeping?

@taylorsmommy10817, I just read some reviews..some were saying that the smell was too faint. Makes me scared to buy it. Lol thank you Bc I have NEVER heard of this before!!

No -____- I still do it anyways. But I’ve started not letting her nap past 3. And putting cereal in her bottles and that surprisingly has helped some
