This why I hate opening Saturdays nobody don’t come to work or/and I be in the store by myself until 9:30 and that’s if they come on time that means I gotta set up the store by myself take out that heavy ass trash by myself n they want me to make salads n cut lettuce too?? No ma’am some shit not getting done I don’t get paid enough for this shit at all bruh I’m over worked n under paid I hate this job I pray everyday that God send me a better job with better benefits and pay $10 an hour no paid maternity leave anymore I been with this company for over a year and Wendy’s period for almost 2 years and I’ve never gotten a raise, I’m always doing my job and other ppl jobs too and I have 2 kid, rent, bills, and just life expenses period and they don’t give a fuck. They think ur life suppose to revolve around this shit for this lil ass pay n no benefits I just can’t this shit is stupid af n I’m tired of it cuz they show me every time I don’t matter and want me to care so much and I just refuse to care anymore

I always tell my friends and family when they are looking for jobs to try the hospitals. That's where I got my start. I was 19. I worked in hospitals til I was 34. I worked my way from registration to unit secretary. I worked a set schedule, night mainly (they pay more to work nights) and had paid holidays, insurance. My mom started out in housekeeping, now she's the head housekeeper for the hospital.
