Has anyone ever supplemented formula just for a day so they can drink? I have been trying to pump and save but he feeds so constantly it's hard to & there's a Halloween party at my house tomorrow. I just want to drink a little and enjoy myself, anyone's experiences with this would be great.

You have to be drunk to the point of passing out to really affect your milk. A couple of drinks is o.k. 
Those test strips are trash. Don't waste your money. They'll have you dumping all your milk.

Buy a pack of breast milk testing strips and test every couple hours after you drink until its ok to bf again. And they make a formula just for supplementing just fyi

I heard it takes like 2 hours to be okay to feed your baby again. But I'd look on Google or ask your doc in case.
