@morgan.k, I feel you! My lawyers told me the same thing. I have no "proof" and things I've witnessed in the past stand no ground. It's frustrating because I just know things because I know his father. I will have my son tested to see if any wheat is in his system after I've gave time for it to pass with his new gluten free diet. Cause I gave a feeling his dad isn't going to follow it. And Just give him whatever. My son has a wheat allergy! That's child abuse/neglect. He'll be deliberately poising him now that he knows he has an allergy and i told him he needed to go gluten free. I also worry about the state of his house and it being dirty and not well kept and safety issues, and him having an inground pool accessible to my son. I've thought about calling cps to at least check if his house is kept up and safe for a child but I doubt they'll do anything.

@morgan.k, I know unfortunately we have our kids to think about and need to restrain ourselves. But my ex would get his ass torn apart by me. I'd ream him a new one. He wouldn't know what him.

@morganmommy79, they don't care! My ex would probably let it happen in spite of me! He's type of person who avoids conflict so he'd just sit there eating his pizza like oh she hitting my kid.. They need to protect our kids in there care but dudes are neglectful they don't know what they're doing and is trying to help them is like nagging and then thinking they can't handle it. Which they can't but they lie to come off like they can. @missjess, my brother is like that, he hates any sort of confrontation. So he'll let a lot of things slide with his ex and his fiancé. He's 6'4" 280 lbs and wears an 18 shoe, but is gentle as a teddy bear. Lol

@morganmommy79, my ex is 6'4 like 250? I wouldn't say he's gentle like a teddy bear lol but he does try to avoid it and he's very passive as a parent. But he can be the biggest douche ever!
