If you dont want to take the iron pills , eat as much foods with alot of iron as you can & you’ll be fine (: . I had to take iron pills too & i didn’t , i just ate anything with alot of iron & i was perfectly fine !

@leahjay17, awww you already knew what to expect with a girl but with my son I had no bad symptoms it was a breeze lol

They put me on those and I don't even bother taking them anymore. They make me nauseas. They benefit you more than baby.
