I'm 35 weeks today and lately I've been really nervous/anxious about giving birth. Anyone have any suggestions on calming my nerves. ha It's hard to sleep at night because I just keep thinking about it. Thanks Ladies! I'm super excited It's almost time to meet my baby girl just worried about the whole process!

I just kept my eyes fixed on the prize. I said to myself I CAN DO THIS AND I WILL!! NO ONES GOING TO DEFEAT ME!! Jaja. I’m crazy. Once it came time to push I pretended I was at boot camp pushing and I had a coach (hubby & nurses) telling go go go! Haha. I did get scared but thinking this way got me calm. I got epidural at 7cm only because my sister insisted that I shouldn’t put myself through the pain when I didn’t have to.

Its normal to be anxious and worried. But honestly a lot of times birth doesn't go how you planned. Once you're in labor you just go with it and no matter what once you're holding your baby its all forgotten💕 so try not to think of the what ifs and try not to stress over having it planned out perfectly. It'll be over before you know it and all worth it. I mean I would have a plan on what pain relief you choose and things like that but I wouldn't sweat the small things. 💕
