OKAY, I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes back in June of this year. I got on a strict diet (Keto) and have lost 30lbs so far. My cycles have ALWAYS been irregular BUT have been spot on every month (give n take a day or two) since May of this year. Fast forward to now, I've lost weight, going to the gym regularly and still eating healthy. I was due for my period LAST MONDAY. Could my new life style effect my cycle???
