Put some hydrocortisone on it it will reduce the redness and some of the bumps . Might be a eczema outbreak . My daughter had it for about 6 months her doctor gave us some sort or steroid jelly and we had to mix it with eczema lotion it will go down . And buy baby detergent. ( it’s a little expensive) but it will help it go away faster and then once it’s gone it won’t come back for a while . My daughter is starting to get hers back but only a little and it’s been a year now .
