Can I switch my baby to formula anytime? Or do I need to wait for the doctor?

If you have wic you have to have a prescription from the babys doctor, of not then you can switch any time

No I don’t have a prescription, and okay thanks I was just wondering if could do both breast and formula. Cause I never seem to pump enough for when I wanna go out to the store or out with friends.

@gabesmommie92817 i was thinking the same thing i try everything to pump but i only get like 3 ounces from both breast all day

@mommy_of_two_girls, yea it sucks. Cause I plan outgoings three days ahead so I can pump but I don’t get enough, but he gets enough when he eats tho. I don’t have a breastfeeding cover. Or breastfeeding shirts ( don’t have the money to buy them, going through a rough patch)

I never really produced much for my son, so whatever I pumped I'd mix it with my son's formula, or feed him what I pumped and formula after if it wasn't enough.

I really dont want to give her formula but she just eats so much better when i pump .. And she sleeps so much better if i pump and give it to her ..

@gabesmommie92817 and yeah i understand i feel uncomfortable breastfeeding in public cause i get horrible stares ..

I done both because I could never produce enough either, there's nothing wrong with doing both
