I was just seeing I saw this online thought bout trying it to help me use bathroom @juliaschade41,

From what I’ve read it’s not recommended to take laxatives but to try stool softeners like Colace (is prescribed by doctors for pregnant women), instead

Try coffee I think these are safe but when I took them man I was sick to my stomach the whole day and was in horrible pain wouldn't recommend them
