I need family close to us. Jake might have to be in the field for a week come next month. 2 weeks before I'm due. And he can't tell them no if they tell him to go. I don't have any friends who would be able to help if anything happened. And we are 40 minutes from the nearest hospital. My mind is running in circles just thinking about it.

😖 Would he get fired if he tells them no? It's not like it's a stupid reason to say no....you're almost due!

@nomli what sucks is he is in the Military so he doesn't get a say. And they know I'm pregnant, but if he is the only doc available they can't find a way around it.

Ohhhh. Yeah, that sucks. Do they have any kind of services that would help you while he's gone? (I know next to nothing about how the military works things.)
