So something scary happened to me yesterday!
I was taking a nap and I was in and out of sleep the whole time. Well I had my hands on my hips and I was dreaming I was walking and all of a sudden I woke up and felt my hips moving like I was walking (weird I know) but as soon as I felt that I heard a loud ringing noise and I tried to move. I couldn't move my legs I couldn't open my eyes it was like I was in a coma. It only lasted for like 5 seconds but I swear I thought I was dead! I thought I was dying at that moment! And the only thing the popped in my head was will I ever see my babies again! Or will my daughter come home from school and find me! OMG it was so fn scary I started crying as soon as I came too!!!! I don't know what it was or if it was just not waking up from a dream but all I kept thinking was something isn't right! So scary!!!!

@mommy_of_two_girls it was!!! I thought I was having a seizure or stroke or something! IDK I don't have seizures or anything and healthy so I was like wtf! But it really made me think after! My babies! OMG I thought I was dead! 😢 that's all that I could think about!

That happens to me all the time. I used to be scared and panic but that just makes it worse. Now I just relax till I really wake.
