Its both... But a genetics test should be free i think.. A Harmony test is for inpatient people which you have to pay for... .. Or so my doctor told me...... Your doc will be able to tell you better though...

It’s called both. I didn’t pay for mine and I’m on Medicaid. It’s just doctors carry certain ones.
