This has nothing to do with children. But this is what I saw while I was walking Prince (my puppy).. I see people around my neighborhood take halloween very serious.. At first when I saw it I'm like wth but then realized halloween is coming up..

There was something like this a few years ago in my state and it was really a body and people didn't think so because it was around Halloween..
