I went to urgent care friday because my whole household was sick and I got sick... the dr told me I had a sinus infection and an ear infection and puts me on a zpack.. I told the Dr that with my rare disease that I have that even though it isn't active now my immune system is awful and I will need to go on something stronger. He waved me off and said this would be fine since I wasn't that "sick" I said fine. Was on it for 3 days and got worse... ear completely clogged and sinus pressure and pain... the new dr said it was viral and refused to put me on antibiotics.... I was so upset because he wouldn't even listen to me... So I left there and went elsewhere and was told I do indeed have an awful sinus and ear infection and got put on a stronger antibiotics... It blows my mind how some drs are now.. I know my body and how I feel. And to not even be listened to and getting cut off everytime I talked... is just disrespectful.. this is why you're an urgent care dr god forbid you ever treated a patient in the hosptial.... It saddens me how today's society is... how some people are... I'm sad... I'm glad the other dr listened to me and took well care of me at least. That will be my new urgent care from now on. 👍
