I had that in the beginning of my pregnancy it was dark brown and turned red I went and got checked I am now 17 weeks 6 days will be 18 weeks tomorrow and baby is fine but I would go in and get checked for piece of mind and to make sure everything is okay, my bleeding lasted from 7 weeks until I was 9 weeks

Like others said, brown blood is old blood, but with any bleeding, I recommend calling your doctor momma

Dark brown is old blood. Have you bled since? If anything call the on call doctor.
