Seems like a cop-out. He can still buy for the baby. Just keep his receipts & yall make a written agreement that if its not his child you agree to pay him back what he spent. The baby shouldn’t have to be penalized for what ever is going on between you two. It still has to have what it needs & if it comes out to be his then you went through this for nothing.
