Trying to get my daughter to eat more protein..any tips or tricks you mommies have to help me out? Right now all that works is hiding pieces of chicken in mashed potatoes lol
We do homemade chicken nuggets and I bake them instead of using oil also eggs have protein and so don’t some veggies I know it’s a body bulid site but here are other ideas and you can always sneak some of it into smoothies I would do protein or whey powder though ссылка
