Bruuuuh. My husband lost the only key to one of our cars. Had to call the VW Dealership 2 hours away to order a new one, and had to have the car towed there so they could program it to the car. Took me a friggin week to finally get the service desk on the phone, after calling multiple times and leaving multiple messages. She finally set the appointment for 9am today. My husband arrives with the car in tow, and they don't have an appointment for us 😑. And it's going to take awhile because they're really busy today 😑.
