Went to the doctor today. He said the baby's head is down. What does that mean? She will be here soon?

Yeah just be prepared for her to shove her whole bottom half up into your ribs and head butts to the vagina lol it means she’s in the birthing position and it’s a GOOD thing my son was head down already at 20 something weeks.
