Has anyone ever saw anything like this?? It comes for a few seconds and disappears. I'm making an appointment now just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something like this. It appears on his face arms and thighs. It doesn't seem to bother him. He is still happy and acting well. More pics in comments.

@kambam Lol This seems so small but I seriously thought it was something big. I thought goosebumps but they are permanent at times and it comes and goes several times a day. I read something called kp. Ill still let him see a dermatologist just to be sure. @momboo Thanks

Hmm. I have kp but it doesn't come n go. Permanent. Might just be irritation from something rubbing.

I have them on my thighs and back of my arms. Doesn't affect me it's just ugly and I wish I had sexy smooth skin 😔 I feel like a lizard 😂
