I hate to say it this way, but screw them. No one should make you feel bad, you can’t predict when Baby wants to come out. Tell them to plan as they normally would. It wouldn’t be the worst thing to have to leave thanksgiving to go to the hospital. Just means you get a delicious mea before you go!

@db413 lol I feel exactly how you said it so it's fine :p. Just they keep saying crap like there's a lot of kids and shit.. Literally told them yesterday to plan whatever and if something happens no one is forcing anyone to go with me

Yup. Tell them to plan like usual...either you'll be there or you won't. So what if there's kids? Even if you go into labor, you probably don't want everyone at the hospital anyway, and not right after you give birth either. At least I didn't.

@slewis1526, it’s their choice. I think a baby on thanksgiving would be wonderful. I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate family and coming together on a day that’s for that purpose.

@db413 Idk my aunt that's planning everything is huge on tradition so in her eyes I ruined it. But I don't want a million people there after anyway. But I think the same thing you do, id be happy if it happened on thanksgiving

@slewis1526, but you can choose who to be around!! I have family members that I love from a distance. Some people are just toxic.

@ninaberrygood15 that's very true. I honestly think she's being that way because I told everyone I only wanted my fiancee in the room while I was having the baby, I'm not comfortable with anyone else..and then she came back at me with this thanksgiving crap lol.
