Ugh! I’ve had a clogged duct several times... but this one takes the cake! Hot compresses, massage, nurse, more hot compresses more massage and more nursing!!! There was literally not a drop of milk coming out! Finally took a scalding hot shower for 30 minutes massage the whole time... and then my husband hand pumping around the shower curtain to avoid being cooked himself... it finally opened just a tiny bit! Just enough to take off some pressure! Only got about 50ml out... there is probably 4 times that left in there... but I think I can actually fall a sleep for a few minutes until my kids wake up! 😓😣😫😴 this too shall pass! 😭

I've done warm compress and massage. Not helping. I am at work so I can't nurse all day. And pumping is not helping just making my nipple more swollen. This is miserable. Any other things I can try to help my milk to flow??? Milk isn't coming out of both sides and just the left side is clogged .
