@lovelily thank u imma try that out and I'm also take a break from it and then go back to it I used to take smooth move and that work for me really really great but then all the sudden it stopped working and it still doesn't work like I took some by 4 days ago and it didn't do anything but gave me gas and 4 years ago I used to work every time I took it
