Watching birthing videos give me the worse anxiety ever😩😧 giving birth just looks so…

Its not that bad the contractions is the worst.... after that its a piece of cake i did it with no meds and my kid ripped me i had to have stitches...if u make it thru the contraction u got it.... all i did was tear up

I didnt want the epidural cause i was told it will give u back problems

Don't think about it.jus walk a lot and have sex....to soften that cervix and make things smoother....
