Is the pain from hemmroids?? That was my issue when I had diarrhea and now I'm more constipated than ever

Ugh!! Necessary, I know. Could also explain why I vomited this morning. But could there be a less..... painful way?

I had that around 34 weeks. It was horrible! Midwife said it could be your body cleansing itself, prepping for labor.
