If you can reach and see the hair then get some tweeters pull the hair up . Once the hair is out the infection will release and go down . I’ve gotten a few when I would use

Take a washcloth and run it under warm water. Hold it on the ingrown hair it should bring it down

@mamabearof2 okay so it randomly just popped in its own..and there's a bunch of pus.. Is there anything I should use on it now that it's popped or whatever.. Sorry for the TMI again
