Bits of it can come out throughout your pregnancy. It grows back. But towards the end of your pregnancy when it comes out it means labor is near.

As long as there wasn't any color like pink or red in it, you should be okay, it does grow back. Still let your doctor know at your next appointment though.

@jessicapleasant03 these ladies are saying it can grow back. I didn't realize u were only 29 weeks. Maybe call yur doctor for some peace at mind

That should be okay, I lost some of mine a few days ago and it also had that tint to it and the labor and delivery doctor said that's fine.
