First week down and although the 1lb I have gone down could be anything and getting up is hard once I am here I like that I am here. I wish I fit in with this culture and I wish I didn't have insecurities. But who doesn't in a new environment? As long as I am here, moving around I become more and more of a morning person each day and have the urge to be productive and stay focused. #bethechange #buildeachotherup
