Momma's I need help. 2 days ago I went to labor and delivery for pelvic pressure, lower back pain and cramping. But no dilation or effacement. Well we got home at midnight and went to bed around 3am because we watched a movie. Woke up at 4-4:30 am with my usual heartburn, took a rolaid and went back to bed. Then got woke up at 5:15 am with an excruciating pain in my upper belly in between my ribs that ended up spreading across my whole stomach. I was up from 5:15 until 7 bawling my eyes out because of the pain and didn't know the cause. Hot shower helped until I got out and the pain came back full force. I somehow fell asleep again around 7am and when I woke up later yesterday morning I was still experiencing the pain just not as bad. The pain lasted all day yesterday and started getting worse last night. Anyone experience this or know what it could be?

Are you experiencing nausea or like stomach cramps?

@danielswifey I was experiencing nausea with the intensified pain. No stomach cramps though. It's been a few days since I have had cramping.

@kyntonsmommy does it hurt like under your right breast and is it on and off sharp pains?

@danielswifey its located under my boobs but not a specific one. And it's been on and off today but not as bad when it started. When my hubby tried to figure out what it was only thing he could find was either the way she is laying or my uterus getting bigger. But I never experienced this with my son.

@kyntonsmommy if it's hurting in your right side and across your chest and it feels like on and off shooting or sharp pains it may be your gallbladder

You should call your OB or go back to the ER. My sister had this and her liver enzymes were spiked and they thought it was her gallbladder. Ended up delivering her daughter at 32 weeks. It could be due to preeclampsia or the HELPP syndrome. You should definitely get checked out.
