I would definitely confront him about it. Non confrontationally, lol just bring it up. With my ex husband I didn't realize there was a problem until I realized he stopped kissing me goodnight and good bye and he stopped telling me good night.

Does he say it back to you? Or hug you back? Or kiss you back? Or is it just that he's not initiating it anymore? The best thing to do is to talk to him about it ,and let him know it bothers you. Good luck!

@halifax6 Thanks... If I say it sometimes he will say it back but I feel like he don't mean it... If I hug and kiss him sometimes he will push me away... I have talked to him about how I feel but just doesn't seem to care....

@loving_the_mommy_life well, I guess, all I can say, is its not okay. I can't speak for your situation, but it sounds like there is some going on that's not normal. I'm not saying anything specific, but it seems like he is creating distance between you two and that is never good or healthy. Have you asked him point blank about it?

I found that sometimes you have to be blunt to figure out what is going on. Because if everything was perfectly fine, there wouldn't be that distance, you know? It might be nothing, could be he's depressed or mid life crisis. I suggest counseling if he's up for it. Something to get that communication flowing. I really hope something helps, because life is too short to stay with someone that doesn't make YOU happy. Because, it's your life and you deserve it.
