So my bestest friend since babies got married and is now trying to have a baby! She had the IUD and had it taken out I think in August and she told me that she has not had a period yet and she’s tracked her ovulation every single day since August by taking an ovulation test. She asked me if she should go to the OBGYN since it’s been almost three months of no period and three months of not ovulating...I told her I have no idea! Any moms know how to answer her? I don’t want to give her the wrong answer

Everyone’s different I had mine out in July and started bleeding immediately for like a whole month then I go two regular periods. Just recently did I start ovulating. She could always go to her OB

She should always go get checked to be sure everything is ok. It's best to know than to stress month after month. Just my opinion.

@kreese88, like go and talk to the doctor about it? Lol I have no idea what to tell her 😂 she was asking me because I had the IUD removed in July and she started asking questions I couldn’t answer! She’s afraid the ob is going to think she doesn’t know her body or anything like that

@chocolatemomma, I’ll have to tell her that! I did tell her the best way to make a baby is to be relaxed but she’s too uptight lol

@sharonpaige13, yes I would just tell her go to her ob. I mean she should have bled because most the time the uterin tissue has to go back to normal which alone can cause bleeding for quite a bit

She should go to her doctor and tell them what’s going on. They are doctors, it’s their job to answer questions even if we think they are dumb.

@kreese88, that’s great advise! Thank you! I’m bad at this stuff all because I had one baby I don’t know anything about how to conceive! I don’t know how it happened with my first 😂😂

@sharonpaige13 she definitely needs to be relaxed. Asking questions help you learn more about your body. No need to be scared or embarrassed to talk to her doctor about it.

@chocolatemomma, I did tell her the doctors are not going to care! Lol I mean it’s there job she is just worried it’s too soon since they haven’t been trying very long but I told her without you ovulating your not going to make a baby though!

@chocolatemomma, she told me her ob won’t let her make an appointment she has to wait 6 months for her period and if it doesn’t come in that time then she can make an appointment

@sharonpaige13 well, she needs to go see someone else. The buck doesn't stop with her ob.
