I did want to do it in the beginning but I didn't want to put my boy in more pain . We just have to teach him to clean the area better because some say it's because of hygiene. But it is your choice mama bear .
I would say if it's not infected, sore or painful, no need to do it, but when it comes down to it needs to be medically removed to stop an infection or disease then I'd go for it.
Just teach the guy how to clean between his folds do he does not have too go through an infection.
If you don't do it make sure you don't retract your baby! The retracting to clean doesn't come until later years (like during puberty) until then the foreskin is fused to the head to keep out bacteria and feces :)
