I let my daughter watch TV in the bedroom until she falls asleep. She keeps quiet and then goes to sleep.

I let my oldest son watch tv until falling asleep when he was a toddler, majorly regretted it by the time he was 3. It started causing major bedtime issues, and took forever to break the habit.

I understand that. That's pretty much the only way I can get my daughter to go to bed.

Both of my sons always want me to put them to sleep. They never want their daddy at night lol.

My son will go straight to sleep for daddy on the nights I work, but the nights I’m home, it’s snuggles and fighting all the way. I usually have to sing about 3-4 songs, read two books, and rock him until he’s almost asleep.

@mamawallace1201 I haven't got to the singing songs part yet because my daughter has never really needed that but I might have to with my boys lol.

@mommabeardarnell1, my son loves the songs Stay Awake from Mary Poppins, and Powder Blue by Rene and Jeremy. He also requests the wheels on the bus a lot 😊
