Dinner of taco salad enjoyed along with a coconut chocolate yoplait mix-in and mixed berry body armor for me. Now I have a decision to make. After my food settles do I do dirty 30 that is todays video and then make a protein shake or do I sit and spend time with my family and treat myself to a skinny cow snickerdoodle ice cream sandwhich? I'm really leaning towards the family and ice cream. I'm feeling todays hard work very nicely already. #soretodaystrongertomorrow #icecreamdreams #smashedmyworkouts
