@bmndz95, I have a job where I thought the understanding was you come in even if you're sick (unless you're in the hospital) and if need be you will be sent home. So the only time I've ever called off is pregnancy related hospital trips. So it's just annoying to me that other people dont take the job the same way I do.

Right on. Never called in my whole pregnancy and have been days when i run the floor by myself
