Boobs feel hard like milk is coming in already — anyone else?

Any other moms experience this... so my boobs feel like the milk is coming in already like there starting to get like hard.. and when I barely squeeze colostrum comes out with my first I didn't have that till after my son was born and with my second I got colostrum last couple weeks but my boobs felt normal not hard... any other moms your boobs feel hard like there's milk in them already
