So been scared to test but I've been feeling Hella prego... but now I've been spotting bright bright red blood... not enough to fill pad or what not but enough to wipe.. cramps and moody... what could this be

The start of your period or a miscarriage. There shouldn't be any bright red blood if you're pregnant hun.

This would be the second miscarriage... that's prolly why I've been in so much pain as well...
