@littleone23, constantly moving around sounds like building something and then I hear off and on snoring and a fuckin dog! Toilet constantly flushing,coughing! Microwave going off.. just a bunch of stuff I'm like omg wth. Smh. Like they sleep for only 10 min n jump up n start doing stuff! Probably tweaking and can't stay sleep or something '

Sounds like druggies to me. Id call cops and say they keep moving furniture around at 3 am and talking loudly and a dog that wont stop barking. Thats what id do lol and if they go and catch em on drugs then ... Well maybe no more issues lol

Wel if you call the cops dont let them know that you did lol. Some people will hold a grudge about it or make it worse for you. People can be ridiculous.
