Umm no. Eviction takes 30 days at least I believe.

@kambam the paper says i have 3 days to leave the premises or else they will evict me. But i have the money order for rent in my car? Its one day late (past the 10 day grace period)

So then it should just be a late fee before they go crazy on eviction...? Ugh

Nah don't freak out. Just try talking with them., see how much they absolutely need to be satisfied and do your best. But they can't kick you out like that.

No I wouldn't leave. I would pay in person if you can, get a RECEIPT for sure on the spot. If you don't get a receipt in worried what they would try and pull.

You have a 10 day grace period but they have to go through an eviction process which means they’d have to file it through the court, which is where the 30 days come in. If you pay it, you should be fine. It’s normally just a process they go through. I’ve been there

They're just threatening you. They want to make it easy on themselves and say leave in three days or we have to evict you. Don't leave, just talk to them about paying it.
