Question if u have a 13month old and pregnant with your second did u buy another crib or somehow…

I'm not pregnant yet but we already plan to buy a new crib. We bought a convertible one for my son so should last until he moves out or we decided to buy him a new frame. It converts to a full sized bed. So the next baby we are doing the same

My son will be 22mo when new baby arrives .. on his 2nd bday I plan to transition him to a toddler bed and move his crib to my room to crib train my 2mo old. His crib doesn't convert to toddler bed & I don't want to have to buy a 2nd crib so switching them when he turns 2 seems like the best bet, I plan to have my newborn sleep in a rock n play until 2mo. @mommywifelifestyle, I have a one to that goes to a toddler bed but not a full I guess we will buy a new crib silly thing is I will want the same one again lol

My youngest crib is turned into a toddler bed but we are planning to turning it back into a crib and buying her a twin bed.

@heidi3581, will u have a nursery for your new baby? I have a cosleeper that new baby will sleep in until 3m probably but the thing is new baby still needs a crib for his nursery and with my son now he napped in crib since day one

My sons crib will grow with him, so it will also be his toddler bed when the time comes. But my son will be 18 months when the new baby is born and I plan on buying the exact same crib for the new baby.

@kkmamax3, my husband thinks a twin bed is pointless bc he will need a full when he gets little older has friends over but he's way to little to transition now I'm so undecided

@mommabear1517, o okay well my little guy won't even be 2 yet so I can't leave him in his room he might get into something or pull the lamp over

@txyogagirl, yeah a full bed when he’s like 10... that doesn’t make sense to me but yalls choice of course 😊

@kkmamax3, my husband was thinking full bed when he is like 5 having friends over etc plus to pay 1,000 for a twin to transition to full just a short time later that's all he means
