Smoking Moms: Did You Quit or Just Cut Back?

When I was pregnant I stopped. Then I started back. Then I went to vaping.

I quit cold turkey when i found out i was pregnant

As soon as I found out I dropped it like a hot potato along with caffeine BC my sister in law had a Misscarage from to much caffeine

I quit

My friend got sick every time she smoked

I gave myself a week to quit ( I've been smoking for over ten years) I smoked a total of two cigarettes throughout two days and stopped.

I went cold turkey at 8weeks when I found out. Its hard at first but worth it.

I still have one before bed but I’m really hoping I will just quit now it’s way overdue

I tried really hard to quit with the first one. But couldn't. Did manage to cut back. Most days I only smoked 3. With this pregnancy still at a pack a day and cutting back is so much harder cause I already have a little one but I'm working on it.

I quit cold turkey. I've given in here and there but I know I want to be around for her life.
