He can take u to court & then they'll do DNA test , & so on.....

They won’t grant you full custody unless you have enough proof. You also won’t be able to put him on child support if his name is not on the birth certificate. So you need to go through Facebook posts, text messages, e-mails, pictures whatever you can find and put it all together for the judge.

No but he can petition for a DNA test. If his name is not on the birth certificate he should even qualify for assistance to pay for the court costs with that too if he's under income. At least her in Ohio. It may differ from state to state

@cieracooper21, def take notes and keep a journal. Use it in court since he's unstable. But def don't put him as the father. Let that be his battle. It's a tough situation

@cieracooper21, hopefully he won't fight too hard for joint custody. Usually courts favor the child being with both parents when possible unless you can prove them unfit. If I remember right you shouldn't have any problems doing that. Good luck :)

Try to print out all of the proof and have it at hand. Print out the text messages if you can (straight from the company) And if you don’t want him in her life at all, don’t put him on child support. Or else he’ll know where you live.

@t143, not always true. My boyfriend isn’t on his sons birth certificate, but he still pays child support for him because they did the DNA testing court ordered

Print out all your messages and interactions with him! Keep them as proof and have all your ducks in a row. The more organized and prepared you are to support your case that helps!
