How soon did you get your period after giving birth? I bleed normally after giving birth (lots of pink and some clots) and then eventually after a week I got like a light yellow discharge and it lasted for another week and then it barely became anything so I decided to have sex with fiancé (I know they say to wait 4-6 weeks) but since it didn't hurt while in the process, I thought I'd be okay. Well like 2 days later I started spotting and now it's like bright red bleeding (not a lot but like a period). Did I get a period or did I upset my uterus lining or something from having sex?

I started my period right after my pp bleeding. I could hardly tell the difference other than in color but the doc said it was a period.

I got mine right after I got rid of all the left over stuff from Giving birth.... Mine was mucus and some blood (darker) and when I got my period I noticed cuz it was brighter plus it was heavier than it was before without mucus.
