Ugggg first postpartum period 7 months later.... cramps are awful.... back legs stomach killing…

Yes still breastfeeding but she has started eating some solids and sleeps through the night...

I breastfeed but seem to always get mine at 2months after birth..never 7months long....😞😞😔i hope this time its that long or close

@mberjuste5, this is the soonest I have gotten it with my other lil ones it was around a year.

@mberjuste5, they say if you exclusively breast fed no bottles or pacifiers it’s supposed help keep your cycle away
