I've heard moms talk about making a monster spray. You make a big deal out of making it. Decorate it, and then have him spray it at bedtime to keep the monsters away. There is also a thing out there for kids with anxiety. It's a recipe to make a gel calming bottle for kids to watch if they wake in the night. Not sure it will work but if I can find it again I'll send you the link. Good luck, poor kidlet!

You can find some better ones too. Put in stars and glitter and make it glow in the dark! Just an idea

@proud_mama, my son has been waking up every night lately too... I think he’s just sleep walking. I would try directing back to bed and see if he’ll go to bed.

Every night before bed take him with you into his room and check the room with him for monsters. Grab a flash light and make up some super hero story about how the flash light is magic and it poofs the monsters back where they came. So after you banish all the monsters for him leave the flash light in his room so just in case he is worried about another monster being under his bed all he has to do is shine the flashlight and he will be protected. Just a example. You can make the story into whatever you want. But that's what my grandparents did with me. And it worked
